Bruce G. Povalish, President              

   Rapid Funding Corporation was formed in 2002 by its Principal and President, Bruce G Povalish, for the sole purpose of helping people and businesses gain access to the virtually unlimited amount of private capital available in the market place. As a Business Consultant specializing in "financial workouts", Mr. Povalish witnessed first hand the difficulty and frustration of clients who needed to improve their cash flows because of growth or even survival! He knew the money was available somewhere, but where? Well, he found it! By becoming an accredited "Certified Cash Flow Consultant", Mr. Povalish NOW has access to virtually an unlimited number of private lending sources nationwide who can accommodate almost any cash flow need!

    The passion for helping others was so great Mr. Povalish became a member of the ACFI's Million Dollar Club in record time, less than six months, by producing over $6 million in closed transactions!

    Mr. Povalish has extensive financial experience. After completing his college degree with honors he accepted a position at the largest international CPA firm in Chicago. Specializing in the "Private Business Consulting" practice of the firm, Mr. Povalish worked closely with small and medium sized business owners on tax, audit and consulting matters. After public accounting he went on to formalize his career in the retail automotive and retail services industry's where he is currently a Principal and Chief Financial Officer of a national $850 million manufacturers representative company. Mr. Povalish is also an owner in three other start-up companies.

    In June 2003 RFC signed a joint venture agreement with The 500 Group (www.The500Group.com), a Chicago based business development company specializing in helping entrepreneurs, start-up's and small companies utilizing unique and proprietary processes and support systems.

     Mr. Povalish sits on the Board of Directors of various companies and volunteers his time with local not for profit organizations benefiting small business owners.


Ryan J. Povalish, Director of New Business and Personnel Development

Ryan Povalish joined the company in April 2008 after completing a very successful secondary education at Lewis University in Illinois. He graduated with Honors with a major in Finance and a minor in Accounting. Ryan has been exposed to RFC and what services it has to offer from his father over the past six years. He has the same passion and desire to help small and medium sized businesses grow or survive by using RFC's inovative financing techniques. As Ryan becomes an expert in various cash flow services, he will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company's back-office and business development division. His responsibilities include the development of a state-of-the-art technology information system, company training programs and the recruitment of other cash flow brokers into the RFC system.


Walter Huskey, Director of Training and Talent Acquisition

In his earlier 30 year+ Business Management and Selling career, Walt’s held positions of senior business management for multiple small and start-up high technology companies in computer communications and wireless technologies where seeking and securing financing was integral to the health and growth of the companies. Forming Huskey Capital Resources and now joining the Rapid Funding team was a natural outgrowth of utilizing his prior knowledge, experiences and financial contacts in his new financial services company to bring financial solutions to our area beyond the standard banking sources.

Walt formed Huskey Capital Resources, Inc in January 2005 in Vernon Hills.

His core business focus is to provide financial services to businesses and property investors in Lake and McHenry Counties of Illinois and Southeastern Wisconsin, utilizing non-standard financial resources and specializing in Commercial Real Estate Mortgages & Financing, Business Equipment Leasing, Business Loans, and Cost Segregation (Accelerated Commercial Property Depreciation). In July 2008 Walt became a Partner in Rapid Funding Corporation as Director of Training and Talent Acquisition.
